Gail R. Kulp is the Executive Director of a national, non-profit organization named Sea Tow Foundation which is headquartered in Southold, NY. Gail works from home and travels to the Long Island office as well as around the country to conferences, meetings, boat shows and events to promote the organization and its programs. While she is traveling, she enjoys taking photos and sharing those on Instagram and Facebook.
Gail received her master’s degree from The College of William & Mary (Williamsburg, VA) and her bachelor’s degree from Salisbury University (Salisbury, MD). In her spare time, she enjoys kayaking, baking cookies, walking her dog, reading, and scrapbooking her photos. While this is the 4th state that she’s lived in, she has been a Montoursville resident for 10 years along with her husband, Chris, and their dog, Rosie.
