Jason DeBloois, President

I am what scientists call an “amateur” photographer. “Amateur” probably being a Swahili word that means something like “struggling and/or confused”. Despite this, I love photography and continue to try and improve in the art. Fortunately, there exists the Susquehanna Valley Shutterbugs. An organization full of people eager to share what they know. I’ve done some basic calculations, and the club members have somewhere between 30 and 8,120 years of combined photography experience. Your math may vary.

My passion: Flower Photography (not that there’s anything wrong with that)
Current Camera: Canon R6 Mk II
Favorite Lens: Sigma 70mm f/2.8 DG Macro Art

Steve Fedder, Vice President

Terri Chapman, Treasurer

Bob Haefner, Show Chairman

Bob’s journey in photography started in 2000 with a simple disposable 35 mm camera and a desire to show people the sights from a trip to New England. Since then he has tried to learn everything he can to improve his photography. He particularly enjoys landscape and wildlife photography, but lately has been trying his hand at portrait and sports photography.

Bob started with the club in 2010 looking to learn more about photography. He has been on the show committee and held the positions of secretary, vice-president, and president.

Current Camera: Nikon D7000
Favorite Lens: Nikon AF-S DX 17-55 f/2.8 IF-ED
